Gmail IMAP, POP and SMTP Settings

Gmail IMAP, POP and SMTP Settings

On this page we provide you with all of the email settings you need to configure your Gmail account. These settings will work with all modern email clients on desktop computers such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird etc. You can also use these settings to configure access to your Gmail account on an Apple iPhone, Android Phone or laptop computer. Remember that if you are going to access your Gmail account from multiple devices, it’s best to configure your account using the IMAP settings. When using IMAP your emails will be stored entirely on the server so you’ll always have access to all of your emails from all the devices you setup. If you configure your account using the POP settings then by default your emails will be downloaded to your computer and removed from the server.

Important Note: For the authentication settings in your email application, make sure you supply your full email address (i.e. myusername@gmail.com) for the username and your Gmail password for the password.
